DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength\, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1492008828909{margin-top: 40px !important;}”][vc_column] OUR CAUSES [vc_column_text]The aim of this project is to make yoga more accessible for the surrounding community and for people who use the centre facilities. \nThis project aims to reach people who have an interest in yoga. Classes are suitable for all abilities and catered to make everybody feel included. Those who have wanted to try yoga but not had the confidence to go to a class in a yoga studio are welcome to join here in a more relaxed and comfortable environment.  \nTo join the class we have a minimum age limit of 14 years old. \nSessions will run every Wednesday[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”bounceIn”] \n	Join Activity\n \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
