Our coaching and refereeing programmes are built for people who want to get involved in sports coaching or refereeing. We will give aspiring coaches and referees real on the ground experience, learning from coaches who have been working with youth players for years. All of our lead age group coaches are qualified in their respective sport. Giving new coaches the chance to engage and learn from those with more experience.
In addition to this, we will fund the courses in your chosen sport. For example an FA Level 1 in football coaching. This is to further develop you as a coach or referee going forward. Giving you qualifications to find paid work in the industry.
