We will provide real, on the ground experience through our various sports teams, learning from coaches which have years of experience. All of our lead age group coaches are qualified in their respective sport. Giving new coaches the chance to engage and learn from those with more experience.
We fully fund the courses in your chosen sport. For example an FA Level 1 in football coaching. This is to further develop you as a coach or referee going forward. Giving you qualifications to find paid work in the industry.
