The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
The aim of this project is to make yoga more accessible for the surrounding community and for people who use the centre facilities.
This project aims to reach people who have an interest in yoga. Classes are suitable for all abilities and catered to make everybody feel included. Those who have wanted to try yoga but not had the confidence to go to a class in a yoga studio are welcome to join here in a more relaxed and comfortable environment.
To join the class we have a minimum age limit of 14 years old.
Sessions will run every Wednesday
